This is a face to face meeting where you tell me what you want your wedding and wedding coordinator to be. We then talk about how I can help you, and explain all of my services in as much detail as you desire.


PARTIAL WEDDING PACKAGE.................................$400
This service is for when you have taken care of most of the logistics thus far, and need someone to tie everything together and guide you through your Rehearsal and the day of youre Wedding.

It Includes:

*Meet with Bride and Groom four to six weeks prior to the wedding to gather information regarding the wedding party and to begin establishing a timeline for the Ceremony and Reception.

*Draft the Program for your Ceremony.

*Establish timeline for all vendors. Point of contact for all vendors.

*Meet with the Bride, Groom and Wedding party the evening before the wedding to run through a complete rehearsal.


*On the day of the Wedding I'm available to transport the Bride and up to three attendants to the Wedding. If you have adequate transportation, I will arrive at the site in advance to ensure everything is in order and to greet photographer/videographer, musicians and ushers, deliver wedding programs, and ensure the floral arrangements have been delivered and are in place.

*Greet the Bridal party, and orchestrate Wedding Ceremony.

*Proceed to the Reception, keeping vendors on track with their schedules.

*Provide assistance to Bridal party as needed.

COMPLETE WEDDING PACKAGE................................$650
This package gives you everything you need to have a perfect wedding and the peace of mind to enjoy it.

It Includes:

*All of the services provided in the PARTIAL WEDDING PACKAGE plus... Research/recommendations for Ceremony and Reception sites, caterers, equipment rentals, florists, photographer, videographer, musicians, bands, bakeries, deejays, transportation services, and any other requested service providers.

*Complete Wedding planning calendars, biweekly status reports, and unlimited in-person or telephone conferences.

*Budget tracking and management.

*Wedding week re-confirmation with all service providers.

*Also additional coordination and planning as requested.


OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE

*Planning and coordination of Showers, Engagement parties, Bridal luncheons, and Rehearsal dinners. ($50 an hour)

*Arranging lodging for wedding party and out-of-town guests. (An additional $50)

*Welcome/Thank you baskets for out-of-town guests and Wedding party gift baskets. ($25 and up/per basket)

*Hair styling for the bridal party ($35 per person)
